HARE KRISHNA

It is an honor to write amidst the devotees of Shri Krishna. The following poems are the outpouring love of Krishna from my heart.
Hopefully everyone will like it and my Lord; Shri Krishna may bless everyone with His grace.

Part 1: Separation

One stream is dividing into two.
Even if they do not want to.

Time is playing a cruel game.
The Dark moon sets off for the new sky.
And the Shining Sun becomes dimmer in the other horizon.

The flute is no longer played by the Charming Cloud.
For there is no Sunflower to be played for.
The budding rose is left un-watered, the yellow pages are left blank.

Drops of Sun falls on Earth as the Thunder of Cloud.
No one to ease it, no one to caress it as all the roses are themselves wilted.
The Cloud assures them of return.
Till then, they have to remain thirsty.
But still there is a ray of hope which keeps the Sun shining
Till the time when again the two Streams will re-unite.

Part 2: Reunion

The Old Sun still waiting in the distant horizon.
The rays are faint and the shine is dim.
The hairs are loosened and the lips are cracked.
The silk not properly worn, the ears waiting for the sound of thunder.
The eyes are dry and face is full of teary lines.
She knows she is going to set.

But to her amazement, the weather changes.
There are signs visible on the sky of the rain.
And the moment when her beloved Cloud would return.

And then there He is, standing like a victor.
Approaches towards Her.
All days of dryness gone.
She is blessed with shower and again recovers her lost radiance.

Now, the couple have united, the She has become He, the streams of love became one.
And thus the cowherd girl has achieved the lotus feet of the blue prince.
